Well anyways, today was a good day because I got to make grasshopper pie.  Unfortunately, my mom is taking it to a dinner party so I don't get to eat it, but maybe there will be leftovers (cross your fingers).

I drove all around town today delivering flyers about a run to help raise money for stroke survivors-its on August 21, call me if ur interested.

I can't really think of anything exciting to say, so i'll just stop.  Farewell!

ello popet.  I hope alls well.  Life's been pretty good this summer.  I get to relax at the pool a lot, which is nice-most of you saw me at my stressed out peak at the end of the school year, and for those of you who didn't- You wouldn't like me when I'm angry.  (hehe get it?).  I went to Red, White, and Boom on Monday and it was really fun.  Jesse McCartney was wonderful and i told Paul I was going to run away with Jesse, he seemed surprisingly ok with it.  Hmmm...

I came online to get blueberry muffin and cookie recipes and just realized that its been an hour and I haven't done that.  That's why i hate the internet.  Oh, but i really love it.

Mike and I went on a little food spree at Target today.  We went to go get Special Chocolitious Wonka Cakes (purple Hostess Cupcakes) but we ended up with Wonka Cakes, a pack-man monsters shirt, Yoda Ceral, Count Chocula, special Reeses Overload candy, and a fudge-filled Hershey bar.  MMMMMMM.

I'm going to Jesus Christ Superstar at Starlight on Tuesday and I'm super pumped.  It should be better than Footloose.  At least I hope it is.  Footloose is good but the music didn't have a fat beat that I could bug out to.  Wutsupwitdat?

Hey howdy hey!  I had quite an adventure yesturday:

   I was home alone and i had just finished baking cookies so i was doing the dishes while watching "Full House" (the episode where DJ gets dumped by Viper and then he wants her back--tricky tricky).  All of the sudden the house started to like pulse and there was this loud purring noise and the electricity went out.  I was like "well, crap."  So i called mi mumsy and right as she picked up the pulsing and purring started again.  I looked out the back door and the power lines looked like they were on fire and sparks were showering down everywhere.  I tried to explain this to my mom on the phone but I was kind of at a loss for words so she just came home.  By this time the large "flames" were gone, but massive amounts of smoke were coming out of the trees.  So my mom and i went to talk to the neighbor, who had called 911, assuming that there was a fire, and 911 told her to call KCPL, which she did.

Things calmed down for a while until about and hour later when the surging and noise happened again.  This time my mom called 911 and the firefighters came out.  They did the same thing we did--sit and watch it to see if there was a fire.  When they determined that there was no fire, they left after talking to the neighbors for a while.  Then, half an hour later, it happened AGAIN.  There was actually a small fire in the tree this time so my neighbor called 911 AGAIN.  They didn't come but some weird tree trimming people came and looked at it.  Finally at 6ish, three HUGE, FIREWORK LIKE surges came and BAM, no power.  All the neighbor's called 911 and KCP&L.  The only help that came were tree trimmers.

So i went to cheer practice, informing my family that if the house burned down they were to save 1) Rufus and 2) My beloved teddy bear Spanky.  When i came home- to a creepy dark house- i had to sit in the dark and look outside at the dark street (the streetlights were out too) while listening to chainsaws from the tree trimmers.  Finally, the power came back on at like 10ish, but the chainsaws continued.   They were like a freakin' energizer bunny- going and going and going.  The chainsaws didn't stop until 3 IN THE MORNING!!!! and they started back up again at 4!!  Grr, i was angry.  I barely got any sleep because they kept reving their chainsaws and shouting at each other.  When i looked outside in the morning, half of my neighbors trees had been demolished (which in my subdivision is saying something).

So, that was my adventure.  Sorry if it was long, but it goes faster when talking.  Also, if you didn't have power last night- that's why.  Sorry to inconvinience you but we tried to preemtively avoid danger (superflous 911 and KCP&L calls).  OK, my hand hurts, farewell!

Hey!!  I'm back! [wild applause and cheers from adoring fans]  I hope you haven't missed me too much.  I'm so pumped that summer has finally started, except for the fact that now the office where i am currently sitting is 10 degrees hotter than outside.  today was a good, bad and ugly day so far.  The ugly was when I had to go out on the interstate for drivers ed.  At first i was afraid, i was petrified (ha! now that song will be stuck in your head for days) but then i got the hang of it.  I graduated drivers ed and to celebrate i went to Taco Via!!  They changed ownership (and sauce ) so now its "Taco Bravo" and its cleaner but different.  I kind of enjoyed ordering from a lady with a fake eyeball and watching AMC on a TV set from the 70's.  Oh well, things change.  I can't really think of anything that fits well in the "bad" category so i guess that whole thing is over.

Anyways, cheerleading is so much more organized this year.  Its way more than a week ahead of pep assembly time, and we're already learning our routine.  Prepare to run after your socks when we blow them off at the first day of school pep assembly.  Just you wait Henry Higgins.

Well i gotta jet b/c its SOMEBODY'S BIRTHDAY TODAY  and i have to go make preparations.  mwahahahaaha.  (in case you didn't catch on its Paul's birthday).

Don't tell Paul, but i had Rufus make his cake.

HELLO!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their yearbooks yesterday!! If not, don't tell me and yes i know there were mistakes in it.  Sry i haven't updated in so long, things got a bit crazy, but they're starting to calm down.  I'm working on my driving b/c i'm so behind and I've decided that I don't like parking.

Anyways, there is a really annoying ad at the top of my screen with a bunny running across back and forth and its driving me absolutely crazy.

Today has been a good day so far.  I slept in 'til 10:40 b/c i didn't have ANYTHING to do this morning, it felt soooo good!  Then I got up and had blueberry yogurt for breakfast b/c my mum has been telling me to eat it for three days (its not expired yet, don't worry).  After that I did some homework to live up to my true nerdy nature.  Then i ran for a while to the Hairspray soundtrack (don't make fun).  After lunch i read outside for a while b/c hizo muy buen tiempo.  Then i showered so i smell all clean.  I started to paint my nails but then i got bored and came up here to get online.

Oh, Showtime last night was really really good.  Everyone who had a solo did awesome and all the songs except the first one sounded great.  Snaps for choir!

Mkay, well i think i'm going to go b/c i'm bored again.  I must have ADD today.
